Use the included 80 quart stock pot basket for frying chicken, fish or hushpuppies; steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables. Uses for the 80 quart stock pot without the basket includes boiling soups, stews, gumbo, jambalaya and low country boils. When using a large stock pot like this one, we use the BCSP-10 outdoor propane burner which will bring this pot to a boil within about 30 minutes. If you want the biggest and the baddest burner, then purchase the KAB4 outdoor propane burner. The KAB4 burner will bring this pot to a boil in about 15 minutes. The Bayou Classic 80 Quart Stock Pot measures 20 1/2 inches x 16 inches. The 80 quart stock pot basket measures 18 1/4 inches x 13 1/2 inches.Includes vented lid.
