The Fuhrmann Micro-Mosquito Forceps, dissecting are optionally available in straight or curved form. The disposable metal artery clamp has excellent haptics and does not differ in use from reusable clamps. Due to the colour marking and symbol for disposable instruments, the clamp is clearly identified as a disposable instrument which avoids any mix up with reusable instruments.
After use, the artery clamp is disposed of in a suitable disposal container for clinical waste. There is no need for time-consuming reprocessing and the risk of infection transmission or cross-contamination due to e.g. incorrect reprocessing is significantly reduced.
