Luminous soft collar is a visible collar for dark evenings. The wide neoprene padding of the collar is comfortable for the dog. A stylish reflective fabric has been bonded with neoprene and the edges are decorated with a reflective binding. The collar has a fast-opening buckle closure with a safety lock. If the dog is a pulling-type of dog, you can attach the leash to two safety-rings, which are on both sides of the buckle. This takes the pressure away from the buckle and adds safety.
