Usage Instructions: 

1. Determine your dose based on extract potency. 
   
2. Weigh powder with a milligram scale. 
   
3. Unscrew the bottle nozzle, insert the funnel, add powder, and use Prism Pick to transfer residue. 
   
4. Snap open the saline bullet, pour into the bottle using the measurement lines, screw on nozzle, and shake well. 
   
5. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril, press, inhale, and repeat if needed.
