Il palato è fresco e sapido, fruttato come il naso e perfettamente equilibrato. Buona la persistenza.Ma fra il vino e lamor, non saprei quali sian ragion di scelta: a mio parere, per non far torto a cose in pregio eguali, direi che meglio sia scegliere luna e laltra, che non sceglierne nessuna. Così recitava il grande poeta inglese Lord Byron, e a pensarci bene tutti i torti non li aveva, soprattutto quando il vino da scegliere è il Pinot Grigio del Veneto della cantina Italo Cescon. Appartenente alla famosa linea di etichette il Tralcetto, viene lasciato maturare sui propri lieviti per cinque mesi, per regalare al sorso un perfetto equilibrio tra sapidità, freschezza, frutto e morbidezza. È un Pinot Grigio davvero eccellente, ottimo con la cucina di mare e perfetto con il risotto al nero di seppia. Provatelo!
Ottimo per essere abbinato alle preparazioni della cucina di mare, è da provare in accompagnamento al pesce spada marinato al pepe rosa e arancia.

Quite good as a start grinder

Very good burr grinder with very functional adjustments. Holds the perfect amount in 1 go for my pour over setup. My only critique is that is has 3 unconnected hopper sections that are quite small and hard to hit. I have to be very careful to not spill and one can fill before the other 2 causing some difficulties closing the crank, but it just takes some self adjustments to get around. Overall I'm very pleased with it for the price.

Nice Grinder at a Great Price

I bought this to use primarily as a travel grinder and found that it is great for every day use. It is not meant for large amounts but it is perfect for single, smaller brewing situations. The grind selection worked well and I "dialed" the proper ground size for my single sized pour over coffee maker.

Ceramic burr destroyed itself

For the first two-plus months it worked fine -- the perfect grind and the perfect amount with a full barrel for my oversized coffee mug.
I've been using it once daily, more or less, on a medium grind setting of 25, and this morning the ceramic burr started to eat itself. This is not acceptable.
Follow up:
Circle Joy contacted me and offered to give a full refund on this purchase, which was gratefully accepted. This is outstanding customer service.

Best price for better tasting coffee

I am a coffee snob. I only get beans. I have been using a magic bullet blender to grind, which actually does extremely well, but the grind wasn't quite even enough. So I found the cheapest, ok quality grinder I could and bought this one. I absolutely love it. It take a while to grind, and it only does a little at once, but whatever. This thing works great and my grounds are now even. The burrs seem to be of decent quality and the whole device works smoothly.
