Wanneer zijn anti-statische absorptiepads vereist?
In standaard industriële omgevingen volstaan gewone oil-only pads. Anti-statische pads zijn specifiek nodig in:
- ATEX Zone 0, 1 en 2: ruimtes waar explosieve gasmengsels regelmatig of incidenteel aanwezig zijn
- Pompruimtes en tankopslaglocaties met brandbare vloeistoffen zoals benzine, nafta of oplosmiddelen
- Laad- en losplaatsen voor brandbare vloeistoffen in bulk
- Verfspuiterijen en coatinglijnen met brandbare oplosmiddelen in de lucht
- Offshore platforms en raffinaderijen waar koolwaterstoffen vrijkomen
- Chemische productie-installaties met vluchtige brandbare stoffen
