Het begin van wijnhuis Luigi Bosca

In 1890 emigreerde de Spaanse Leoncio Arizu als zevenjarige naar Argentinië. In 1901 richtte hij in samenwerking met de Boscas, een andere oude en welvarende familie wijnhuis Luigo Bosca op. Sinds de wijnen in 1984 op de internationale markt kwamen, verwierven ze een grote reputatie op door hun intensiteit, fruit en diepgang. De Malbec druiven worden allemaal met de hand geoogst en in kratten van 18 tot 20 kilo naar de wijnmakerij gebracht. Hier worden de trossen geselecteerd en ontsteeld, gevolgd door de selectie van de druiven. Het sap wordt koud gemacereerd bij een temperatuur tussen 8 en 10 graden voor de duur van vijf tot zeven dagen. Hierna wordt het sap gefermenteerd in kleine roestvrijstalen tanks, waarbij verschillende extractieprocessen worden uitgevoerd. Hierna rijpt de wijn nog 12 maanden in eikenhouten vaten, waar hij malolactische gisting ondergaat. Na de filtering en botteling wordt de wijn nog zes maanden in de wijnkelder bewaard.

De geur en smaak van Luigi Bosca De Sangre Malbec

Maar al het wachten is het meer dan waard. De Sangre Malbec kleurt helder paars in het glas met aroma’s van scherp rood fruit zoals rijpe kersen. Ook kruidige tonen komen in de geur voorbij. Dankzij het verouderingsproces merkte we ook gebrande koffie in de geur op. Het is een ronde wijn geworden met rijke en rode fruittonen en kruiden in de mond. Met stevige tannines en evenwichtige zuren vult deze volle rode wijn de mond met veel karakter. Als afsluiter nog eens een aanhoudende afdronk. Deze Malbec combineert erg goed bij de barbecue, rood vlees of wildgerechten.

Typos make this appear sloppy and questionable
Format: Paperback
Number of typos in the first chapter alone makes the info contained within questionable to me. P. 11 Indie games are “mostly releases through streaming services like Twitch and Switch”. Twitch is a streaming video site and Switch is Nintendo’s hybrid handheld/console. P.13: SHMUP is misspelled as SHUMP Survival Horror is listed as “players are generally helpless against a supernatural threat” which is not accurate for the genre’s most popular game, Resident Evil, where you’re well-armed against a non-supernatural threat. Vehicles simulation is listed as a genre but racing is not…even though they are not necessarily the same genre. P.14 Shigeru Miyamoto’s name is spelled as “Shiguru” I’m sure the following chapters will cover Ye Suzaku and Jean Romato.
