Het reinigen van uw PrimaCreator UV/DLP hars 3D-afdrukken met isopropanol (IPA) verwijdert overtollig materiaal. Dit zorgt voor schone oppervlakken en maakt fijne details zichtbaar. Zo krijgt u optimale componenten, kunstobjecten en modellen met uitstekende oppervlaktekwaliteiten.

Nabehandeling in UV-uithardingskamer of onder zonlicht

Hardeer uw 3D-afdrukken na de additieve productie en reiniging na. Na het 3D-printproces is de PrimaCreator Value UV / LED hars hard, maar nog niet volledig uitgehard. Om volledig uit te harden, stelt u uw 3D-geprinte onderdeel bloot aan zonlicht of plaatst u het in een UV-uithardingskamer. Na voltooiing van het uithardingsproces is uw onderdeel extreem hard en krimpt het slechts minimaal tijdens het uitharden.

Perfecte oppervlakken na volledige uitharding

Na het volledig uitharden van uw 3D-afdrukken hebben deze perfecte, semi-matte oppervlakken met uitstekende details en gladde laagovergangen.
