Deze fraisier is heerlijk romig en zit vol verse aardbeien! Voor de vulling gebruik ik geen ouderwetse botercrème, maar een crème légère, dit is een zachte vanille- of pistachecrème van banketbakkersroom met opgeklopte slagroom en mascarpone. Binnenin zijn twee lagen zachte biscuit met een vleugje citroen, een huisgemaakte -niet te zoete- aardbeienconfit en veel verse aardbeien. Bovenop gedecoreerd met toefjes crème en aardbeien of gemengde bosvruchten.

Formaat:

- 16/20 personen (20x30 cm) - formaat doos (36x25x8 cm)
- 20/24 personen (22x35 cm) - formaat doos (46x31,5x8 cm)

De taart inclusief decoratie is ongeveer 8 cm hoog en wordt geserveerd op een goudkleurig plateau.

De fraisier heeft rondom en binnenin verse aardbeien en is gevuld met een crème naar keuze:
- Vanillecrème met frambozenconfit | met biologische vanille uit Madagaskar
- Pistachecrème met frambozenconfit | met huisgemaakte pistachepasta zonder kleurstoffen, hierdoor is de pistachecrème licht van kleur
