Dit supplement van Osavi bevat Liposovit®-B12, een liposomale vorm van vitamine B12. De vitamine zit verpakt in kleine vetbolletjes, zogeheten liposomen, die gemaakt zijn van fosfolipiden. Wat liposomale B12 precies inhoudt

Liposovit®-B12 is geen andere vitamine dan gewone B12. Het verschil zit hem in de verpakking. Bij een liposomale formulering wordt de vitamine omsloten door een laagje fosfolipiden. Stel je een klein bolletje voor met een zachte vetlaag eromheen. Die laag beschermt de B12 tijdens de reis door je maag en darmen. Vergelijk het met een brief in een envelop: de inhoud is hetzelfde, maar de envelop zorgt ervoor dat alles heel aankomt. Daardoor kan de vitamine in betere staat bij je darmwand aankomen. Methylcobalamine als actieve vorm

Er bestaan meerdere vormen van vitamine B12. De bekendste zijn cyanocobalamine en methylcobalamine. In dit product zit methylcobalamine. Dat is een co-enzymvorm, wat betekent dat je lichaam deze variant direct kan inzetten zonder hem eerst om te hoeven bouwen. Vitamine B12 draagt bij tot de normale werking van het zenuwstelsel en draagt bij tot een normaal energieleverend metabolisme.
