Gebruik:
- Masseer tweemaal daags zachtjes een kleine hoeveelheid over een nat gezicht en hals.
- Goed afspoelen met water.
- Bij gebruik in de ochtend, volg dan met een SkinCeuticals Vitamine C serum en zonbescherming
- Bij gebruik in de avond, volg dan met een SkinCeuticals corrigerend product en/of moisterizer.

Didn't help with sleep

Purchased on basis of reviews. Needed help with sleep and to relax so I can get to sleep. Found scent pleasant but faint. The affects of the lavender scent, that is supposed to be therapeutic, had no affect at all. Perhaps could have been a bit stronger not overwhelming where it causes headaches. Nice lotion for the skin but for me served no purpose. Sent back. Try other mindfulness approaches I've tried and work. Continue with these. Perhaps those that say it helps with sleep is more sensitive to the mild scent.
