De Power 5 is een verbetering van de Michelin Power RS en staat op het toppunt van de technologie voor straatbanden. Door de prestaties van de RS op droog wegdek te overtreffen en een nog betere grip bij nat weer toe te voegen, is de Power 5 zo geweldig als een band voor dagelijks gebruik maar kan zijn. Michelin's Adaptive Casing Technology gebruikt een karkas van één enkele laag onder een hoek van bijna 90° om de grip en soepelheid aan de bovenkant van de band te vergroten, maar vouwt die karkaslaag over zichzelf op elke zijwand om hem stijver te maken - wat resulteert in minder zijwandflex en betere tracking door de bochten.

Een leegteratio van 11% is afgestemd op de voor- en achterbandmaten. Rubbermengsels gebruiken een mix van Michelin's gepatenteerde 2CT en 2CT+ silica mengsels om een balans te vinden tussen lange levensduur en prestaties op droog en nat wegdek. De gepatenteerde "fluwelen" zijwandbehandeling creëert nog een reden voor toeschouwers om naar de nieuwe schoenen van je auto te lonken.

Great swaddlers alternative when the Velcro became an issue

That thing will weigh 5lbs when I pull it off her but it doesn’t leak! These are going to be our go to diapers as long as she doesn’t learn to pull them off.
