La Falanghina del Sannio "Albanora" è prodotta dall'azienda vinicola Cantina Morone utilizzando esclusivamente uve provenienti dall'omonimo vignato, condotto secondo il disciplinare biologico. Le viti, di oltre cinquant'anni di età, garantiscono una produzione limitata ma di estrema qualità, concentrando negli acini sentori aromatici complessi e intensi. Sosta per nove mesi in acciaio, di cui quattro sulle fecce fini.
