Caixeiro Organic 500 ml is een biologische extra vierge olijfolie uit Trás-os-Montes, een beschermd PDO/BOB-gebied in het noordoosten van Portugal, geproduceerd door het familiebedrijf Soresa onder de naam Caixeiro. Deze Portugese blend wordt gemaakt van Cobrançosa-, Madural- en Verdeal Transmontanas-olijven uit de regio rond Santa Maria de Émeres en Valpaços. De olijven worden handmatig geoogst en binnen 12 uur geperst en gecentrifugeerd. Caixeiro Organic is biologisch gecertificeerd, gedeeltelijk gefilterd en onafhankelijk geanalyseerd als extra vierge olijfolie. Het smaakprofiel is medium fruitig, fris, rond en toegankelijk, met groene tonen, lichte kruidigheid, milde bitterheid en een verfijnd peperige afdronk. Verpakt in een lichtdichte fles van 500 ml. Geschikt voor koud en warm gebruik, van salades, brood, tomaat, groenten, aardappelen en pasta tot koken, bakken, braden, soepen, sauzen, vis, vlees en andere gerechten.
