De serie werd gemaakt voor de tentoonstelling Retro Fantastic in het Dutch Design Hotel in Amsterdam. De serie werd gemaakt voor de tentoonstelling Retro Fantastic in het Dutch Design Hotel in Amsterdam. Beelden uit de jaren zestig worden hier geconfronteerd met de werkelijkheid van die zogenoemde goede oude tijd. Het artikel dat in dit werk is verwerkt, komt uit Look Magazine van 1967, waarin Patricia Coffin een column schrijft tegen de emancipatie van vrouwen en mannen aanspoort om weer het hoofd van hun gezin te worden. Het gezichtloze model is afkomstig uit een Frans tijdschrift uit de jaren zestig. De collage-transfertechniek geeft het werk een authentieke, vintage en doorleefde uitstraling.

Gemengde techniek op canvas van 120 x 120 cm, collage-overdracht en verf, acrylverf, lijm, papier, inkt, pen, pastelkrijt en viltstiften.

It is a good sunscreen, but if your skin is very oily, think again.

I have tried many, MANY sunscreens, and this one is in my top 10, but not at the very top. Why not? Well, what I like about it is that you get a good amount for an excellent price. It's lightweight, but not extremely so, and this size can easily last you 3 months without any problem. However, while it's made for oily skin, it's not that light. After just a few hours of application, it can leave your skin feeling greasy, especially if you sweat easily. It doesn't leave a white cast, but it does leave a slight, shiny finish. Reapplying isn't very comfortable. If you use it just once a day, it's fine, but if you apply it more often, your skin will feel a bit heavy and oily. I think this sunscreen is better for specific occasions rather than for daily use. If I had to choose a sunscreen for daily use, I would pick one with a lighter formula, like Fusion Water from Isdin.
