De manchet met een breedte van 10 cm zorgt voor optimaal comfort en voorkomt dat de cocon wegglijdt. De voetenzak is verkrijgbaar in twee maten: 0-6 maanden (ca. 34 cm lang vanaf de onderkant van de manchet), 6-12 maanden (ca. 60 cm lang vanaf de onderkant van de manchet) of 12-18 maanden (ca. 80 cm lang vanaf de onderkant van de manchet). Welke maat het beste past, hangt af van de individuele ontwikkeling van de baby.
