La ERGON SMC Sport Gel M/L zadel is een comfortabel zadel voor mountainbiken en trailrijden. Het wordt hier aangeboden in maat M/L, voor rijders met een ruimte van 12 tot 16 cm tussen hun zitbeenderen.

Dit model heeft een anatomisch Y-vormig ontwerp, slank bij de neus en breed aan de achterkant om de druk gelijkmatig over het zadel te verdelen en pijnlijke plekken te voorkomen. Het vrij vlakke profiel en de bekleding aan de zijkant zijn geschikt voor de mountainbikepositie en zorgen voor volledige bewegingsvrijheid en minder wrijving tijdens het trappen.

Dit zadel heeft een centraal decompressiekanaal, uitgehold en geperforeerd om het perineum maximaal te ontlasten door de belasting te verplaatsen naar de zitbeenknobbels en de schaamboog. Bovenal maakt het gebruik van een gellaag die de druk gelijkmatig verdeelt om de druk op de pinnen te verlichten, naast de zachte, comfortabele orthopedische schuimvulling.

In deze Sport-versie is het SMC-zadel gebouwd rond een nylon schaal gemonteerd op chromoly rails. Het heeft ook een microvezel hoes.
