Nel lungo e appagante sviluppo gustativo ritornano le sensazioni di erbe aromatiche e un tocco di arancia rossa, fino alla chiusura minerale di pietra focaia.L’Etna Rosso DOC “Rosso di Mezzo” 2018 di Federico Graziani è il risultato dell’unione di uve nerello mascalese, nerello cappuccio, alicante e francisi, provenienti dalla contrada Feudo di Mezzo, sul versante Nord del vulcano, dove le vigne a piede franco superano il secolo di età. La fermentazione spontanea è svolta in tini aperti ed è seguita da un’affinamento di 24 mesi in acciaio, a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un rosso di rara eleganza, capace di trasportare nel calice l’essenza del magico terroir etneo.
Un rosso versatile, da provare con melanzane alla parmigiana, costolette di agnello e arrosti misti.

Adequate for our use.....

The book arrived a week before expected and they were true to their evaluation that this was a used book in "acceptable condition". It was once a library book and has been well loved. Someone has taken contact paper to try to salvage the cover and binding. It looks rumply, but we were getting this for a 1 year old whose Dad is going to go to Heavy Equipment School for the next 4 years, so this will be a fine book for a little guy as the insides look fine.....I wouldn't have been happy if I'd wanted a new looking book, but the price was very reasonable. I think it was $3.99 for shipping and a penny for the book. SUCHA DEAL!
