Dieser Blend enthält 48% gereiftes und altes Lambic von 8 verschiedenen Brauvorgängen. 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston ist eine Mischung aus ein-, zwei- und dreijährigem traditionellem Lambic, das alles in der Brauerei 3 Fonteinen gebraut wurde. Spontane Gärung, geduldige Reifung in Eichenfässern und eine kontinuierliche Entwicklung in der Flasche führen zu einem ausgesprochen komplexen Bier. Keine zwei Abfüllungen sind gleich, da es mehrere Variablen im Mischprozess gibt, eine Vielzahl von Fassgrößen und -formen, Unterschiede in den Anteilen von altem Lambic usw.
