PVC 1100 Decitex: sterk en stijf. Fel geel, voor een goede zichtbaarheid. Weinig drift door de wind, staat goed rechtop door een ballastzak op de bodem. Snel op te blazen: 1 4 slag ventiel (Halkey Roberts type), past op de meeste pompen. Gemakkelijk terug aan boord te brengen door middel van de vele handgrepen.

Deze zak is tevens handig voor het opbergen van de overtollige ankerlijn. - Lengte: 1.88 m. - Diameter: 26 cm. - Gewicht: 2.7 kg. (zonder ballast) Als de boei wordt gebruikt als een traditionele wedstrijdboei wordt de ankerlijn vastgemaakt aan een laag geplaatste handgreep.
