Gebruik
Plaats het maandverband in uw slipje, vouw de vleugels om naar de buitenzijde en maak de handige drukkers vast. Zo blijft het maandverband beter op z"n plaats zitten. Vervang het maandverband elke 4-5 uur, of wanneer deze verzadigd is. Het heeft de voorkeur om het maandverband na gebruik uit te spoelen en deze vervolgens in een wetbag te bewaren tot je gaat wassen. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen om ze direct na gebruik in een wetbag te doen en met de wasmachine voor te spoelen als het tijd is voor de was. Dit vergroot echter wel de kans op vlekken. Wasvoorschriften: Wanneer het maandverband voor het eerst gebruik worden, was deze dan voor gebruik. Was de string in de wasmachine op 60°C. Daarna mogen ze in de droger. Gebruik geen bleekmiddelen of wasverzachter. Dit verminderd het absorptievermogen van het maandverband.

Terrific Book for Kids or Easy Read for Adults
Format: Kindle
I have read books about the Camp Fire as well as books about other fires. I have also seen the documentary about the Camp Fire. This book does a really good job of capturing the experience of fleeing a wildfire without being unnecessarily gruesome or morbid. The back has a timeline and facts about the fire as well as suggestions for coping if you’re in the same predicament. I think many kids will enjoy the sense of adventure and fast pace of the book. Really good job!

Excellent Adventure
Format: Paperback
For a small book this packs a powerful punch. Fourteen year old Troy is left in charge of his younger sister while his parents are away for twenty-four hours. Troy wakes to his cell phone ringing, his dog tugging on his sleeve and pitch blackness. Unable to reach their parents Troy goes next door to the neighbor for advice. Mrs. Jones makes it clear they should stay put. When Troy sees houses on their street erupt in flames he decides they have to leave. Unfortunately he can’t convince Mrs. Jones. Troy loads up his sister and their two pets in their dad’s Bronco and heads for what he hopes is safety.
This book is full of realistic action between the older brother and younger sister. He takes his promise to his parents to protect his sister even when she becomes annoying. This is fast paced, on the seat of your chair action from the very beginning. For those who are fans of the “I Survived “ series by Lauren Tarshis, I guarantee that you will enjoy this series. I highly recommend this to all adventure readers.

Very exciting story
Format: Paperback
Paradise is where my parents retired and are buried. The house they lived in burned down in the fire after 34 years of wonderful memories with my husband and our 3 children. We are just so grateful that my parents died before the fire, my dad being the last in 2016 at over 100 years old. Our youngest son has autism and trouble reading so this was the perfect book to have him read to me. It’s just at his reading level and was a very exciting story. We appreciate all of the facts about the fire the author put in the last pages of this book, too.

Fast Pace Scary Read
Format: Kindle
A short read that grabs your heart strings from the beginning and doesn't stop until the very end. You can feel the terror, the fear, the fire and smell the smoke as the kids run for their lives. You cheer the kids on scared for them and the pets. My heart racing, tears forming, worry working its way in, do they make it? Read this book to find out. Kudos to the authors for excellent writing. A book all should read and discuss with their families!!!
