MIPS-Hersenbeschermingssysteem
Met het MIPS-C2®-hersenbeschermingssysteem kan de Mobilite MIPS bij een crash ten opzichte van het hoofd schuiven, waardoor schadelijke rotatiebewegingen worden omgeleid.

LED-verlichting achter
Het MET LED-achterlicht kan zonder gereedschap aan uw helmventilatie worden bevestigd en biedt een vaste en knipperende lichtmodus om u zichtbaar te houden. Het beschikt over 4 LED-spots en heeft een batterijduur tot 60 uur gebruik.

Helmmaat meten

Wanneer je online een fietshelm wilt aanschaffen is het belangrijk dat je weet welke maat helm je moet kopen. Een goed passende fietshelm zorgt namelijk niet alleen voor optimale veiligheid maar ook voor de nodige comfort tijdens het fietsen.

Het is eenvoudig om zelf op te meten welke maat je nodig hebt. Wanneer je via onderstaande stappen je hoofdomtrek meet, heb je binnen enkele seconden de maat die jij nodig hebt voor een fietshelm.

1. Pak een meetlint.

2. Plaats het meetlint ongeveer 2,5 cm boven je wenkbrauw en meet zodoende de omtrek van je voorhoofd.

3. Gebruik de maattabel in de producttekst van de fietshelm die je op het oog hebt om de juiste maat te vinden.

 

 

Let op: niet alle fabrikanten hanteren dezelfde maatvoering.
Wat bij de ene fabrikant maat M is, kan bij een andere fabrikant een maat S of L zijn. Kijk daarom altijd goed wat de maat in centimeters is.

Zit je net op de grens, bijv. maat M=54-57cm, en je hoofdomtrek is 57cm, dan raden we je aan om een maat L te nemen.
Een te krappe helm gaat namelijk knellen wat resulteert in hoofdpijn en ongemak. Heb je een helm die iets ruimer is, dan kun je hier nog een fietspetje of een mutsje onder dragen.

This heartbeat puppy toy is a really thoughtful concept for helping puppies feel comforted during crate training and sleep, especially for very young puppies adjusting to a new environment. The heartbeat feature and soft plush design are clearly meant to create a calming effect and ease anxiety during transitions. So when my puppy first came home to me I bought this to try to help him keep calm through the night. He wasn't able to sleep through the night, but he did sleep more than I had expected. The next couple of nights he was able to sleep through the night completely (but liked to wake up at 5 am...). Fast forward to a month later, and I no longer turn the heart on all the time (because I forget). But I did buy a re-chargeable heart because having to keep buying batteries is a pet peeve for me. He still loves to sleep with it as it's another snuggle spot that helps keep him warm (short haired mini dachshund, so not much fur to keep himself warm) in the kennel. During the day though, he loves to drag this thing out of the kennel and "wrestle" with it. He shakes it a lot like all dogs like to do to "kill" it, and he's chewed the tail and nose worn. But the reason I say it has pheremones is that at 10 weeks old (which was younger than my last dogs' puberty age), he's humping it like there's no tomorrow. If I need to get his attention, or keep him out of a certain area, all I need to do is bring this out of kennel, and he's off humping the stuffing out of it. His brother (who belongs to my mother and is from the same litter), does the same thing. So now I have to wonder if they added some pheremones to it so that it's really "lovable". It was actually pretty hilarious because I was face-timing my mother showing her my dog with this anxiety toy, and he decided to perform his first humping act on air. So I'm not sure I can say it did it's main job to calm anxiety, but it did act as companion (in more ways than one) to my dog. My dog is almost 4 months old now and this toy is still going strong... well, the neck could use a sew, and the tail is on it's last leg, but he loves his girlfriend just the way she is.
