Poets minimaal 2 minuten, waarbij je 30 seconden besteedt aan elk deel van de mond: boven- en onderkaak, links en rechts.
De tandenborstel pauzeert elke 30 seconden en stopt automatisch na 2 minuten, zo weet je precies wanneer je van zone moet wisselen.
