Een te langzaam werkende schildklier (hypothyreoïdie) ontwikkelt zich traag. De symptomen zijn onder andere vermoeidheid lusteloosheid het koud hebben verstopping spierkrampen en gewichtstoename. De schildklier zorgt voor de productie van de belangrijke hormonen thyroxine en tri-joodthyroine die invloed hebben op de stofwisseling bloedsomloop groei en het algemene welzijn.

Toepassing
Met de schildklier sneltest van Veroval® kunt u snel en betrouwbaar te weten komen of uw schildklier te langzaam werkt. Indien dit het geval is dient u uw verdere behandeling
te bespreken met uw arts. Een te langzaam werkende schildklier kan meestal met behulp
van geschikte medicijnen worden verholpen zodat een volkomen normaal leven kan
worden geleid.

Gebruik

Wanneer u de gebruiksaanwijzing niet nauwkeurig opvolgt kan dit de testresultaten beïnvloeden.

Contra-indicaties
Bij personen ouder dan 60 jaar kan de TSH-waarde stijgen zonder dat er symptomen van hypothyreoïdie aanwezig zijn. Bespreek het resultaat daarom met uw arts.
• Tijdens de zwangerschap kan de TSH-waarde toenemen. Wanneer u een waarde hoger dan 5µIU/ml meet is het raadzaam dit resultaat met een arts te bespreken.

Waarschuwingen
• De test is uitsluitend bedoeld voor uitwendig gebruik.
• Slik geen testonderdelen in. Vermijd contact van de verdunningsvloeistof met de huid en met de ogen.
• Het product mag slechts worden gebruikt tot de vermelde houdbaarheidsdatum.
• In zeldzame gevallen zijn fout-positieve of fout-negatieve resultaten mogelijk.
• Gebruik de test niet wanneer de verpakking is beschadigd. Gebruik geen beschadigde testonderdelen.
• Alle testonderdelen zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik met deze test. Gebruik de test
niet opnieuw!
• De test moet na het openen van de aluminium verpakking meteen worden gebruikt.
• Een verminderd gezichtsvermogen kleurenblindheid of onvoldoende verlichting kunnen de juiste beoordeling van de test beïnvloeden.

Bewaaradvies
• Bewaar de test buiten het bereik van kinderen.
• Zorg ervoor dat de test niet wordt blootgesteld aan direct zonlicht of vorst. Niet bevriezen. Bewaren op een droge plaats bij een temperatuur tussen 2°C en 30°C.

Real leather, soft and lightweight

This medium sized leather tote bag is well made, with tight stitching; heavy duty, gunmetal colored hardware; and a thick, dark gray fabric lining on the inside. There are 2 short, rounded handles that do not fold down, and a narrow, flat, detachable crossbody strap that can be adjusted in length. The style is simple and classic, with a hand-dyed brown finish that will go well with most outfits. It's versatile, being suitable for work or everyday use. It can carry a small laptop or tablet, along with other essential items. There are no outside pockets, but inside there are several. The central compartment is spacious, with 2 slip pockets on one side. There are also 2 zippered pockets, with a large open pocket separating them. The top of the bag has a full, metal zipper that seems good quality. This bag is very attractive as well as functional, and though the leather feels lightweight the bag seems durable. Its listed price is a little high for my budget, but a coupon offer currently makes it a good value. I was very surprised that there is no logo or branding of any kind visible on the outside of this bag, and only one name label stitched to a pocket on the inside. Many bags I see have prominent names, symbols, or initials on the outside, and sometimes all over the inside lining as well. The simplicity of this bag is a refreshing change as it lets the quality speak for itself. I like it!
