Ingredienten
Fructo-oligosacchariden (FOS) gewonnen uit de cichorei.
Gebruik
FOS kan op twee manieren gebruikt worden: een lage dosis als prebioticum (bowel conditioner) of een hogere dosis (opbouw en behoud van de regulatie):Prebioticum: aanvang onderhoudVolwassenen 5,0g 10gKinderen vanaf jaar 2,5g 5gOpbouw en behoud regulatie: start (3 dagen) normale dosis maximum dosis(per dag)Volwassenen 5,0g probeer 15g 20gKinderen 2,5g probeer 5g 10gDe aanbevolen hoeveelheid oplossen in hete dranken, water of vruchtensap of tijdens de maaltijden: een afgestreken dessertlepel = 5 gram. FOS kan tijdelijke winderigheid veroorzaken. Wanneer dit langer dan 3 dagen aanhoudt wordt geadviseerd om de dosering te verminderen. Wanneer bij de aangegeven dosering veel flatulentie optreedt de dosering verlagen en daarna langzaam opbouwen tot aan de adviesdosering. De winderigheid, die normaal gesproken binnen een aantal dagen weer verdwijnt, is een positief signaal dat de FOS de darm bereikt en de eigen flora voedt.Wanneer meer als 10 gram (kinderen 5 gram) per dag wordt ingenomen wordt geadviseerd om de dosis te verdelen in twee gelijke porties die aan het begin en aan het einde van de dag kunnen worden ingenomen. Hierdoor kan het optreden van initiële winderigheid worden voorkomen of beperkt.

Fast paced romantasy you will not want to put down!

4.25 stars! I LOVED this book with similar vibes to Hush Hush, Fourth Wing, and The Serpent and the Wings of Night! It was fast paced with easy world building and will keep you turning the pages late into the night because you will not want to put it down!
Huntyr is a fierce bad@ss FMC trained to kill vampyres her entire life. She is sent on a mission to go to the academy and earn her spot into The Golden City. Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!
Format: Kindle
The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

Great start
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! It's funny but still deals with tough themes, like chronic illness, a serial killer on the loose, and a dash of self-harm. The guys are interesting and distinct, we don't know too much about them yet. It does end on a really terrible cliffhanger but on the bright side the next book is out and I believe the series is complete. I have enjoyed both of these authors separately and this is a great team up!

Fudge!

Titles aren’t my strong suit. Sorry not sorry.
That ending has me completely frustrated book two isn’t out yet. Just throwing that out there.
First thing first, this is a high school book where the lead is under 18. Yea yea she’s about month from being an adult, but I can’t say I would’ve even opened the file if I’d realized. It’s not a smut fest or anything, but there is sexual tension as each party figures out their emotions.
That being said, it’s a good book. There are some troubling parts, like how the supes come into their powers at 13, but most of those are dealt with in a way that makes sense. Kian is the exception. His whole arc pisses me off, especially since no one stepped in. Reflecting back on real world situations, ten or so years ago, I can see it happening, but it still makes me sick. Which, I’m sure was the whole damn point.
For the most part, Courting Darkness is a fun read. I found myself laughing along with most of the set up. By the time it started getting serious, I’d grown to like the characters enough it held an impact.
I’ll be adding book two to my list for when it comes out.

Intriguing
Format: Kindle
An intriguing story that played out slowly while introducing some unique characters. The story became quite fascinating to read as these same characters provided startling revelations to their lives. As their relationships evolve, more drama and mystery is revealed adding to my fascination. I can’t wait to read more.
