De wijngaard "Plante Moraine" is gelegen op de hellingen van Rully en profiteert van een oostelijke expositie, wat zorgt voor optimale zonneschijn. De bodem bestaat voornamelijk uit klei en kalksteen, wat bijdraagt aan de mineraliteit en complexiteit van de wijn.Vinificatie
De druiven worden met de hand geoogst en zorgvuldig geselecteerd. Na een zachte persing ondergaat het sap een temperatuurgecontroleerde fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks om de frisheid en fruitige aroma's te behouden. De wijn rijpt vervolgens enkele maanden op de fijne lie, wat bijdraagt aan de textuur en diepte van de wijn.Proefnotities
In het glas presenteert de wijn een heldere, lichtgele kleur met gouden reflecties. De neus onthult delicate aroma's van witte bloemen, citrusvruchten en een vleugje vanille. In de mond is de wijn fris en levendig, met smaken van groene appel, peer en subtiele minerale tonen. De afdronk is elegant en aanhoudend, met een verfrissende zuurgraad.Serveertemperatuur en Gastronomische Combinaties
Serveer deze wijn op een temperatuur van 10-12°C. De Rully "Plante Moraine" is een veelzijdige begeleider van diverse gerechten, waaronder gegrilde vis, schaal- en schelpdieren, gevogelte in romige sauzen en zachte kazen zoals Brie of Camembert. Nice and easy to assemble

It works to divide a room, but it's not easy to use.

This comes in multiple pieces and you have to build every single piece including the cloth that is between the two poles. There are plastic clips to hold the sections together, but they easily come off if you move the dividers the wrong way or try to reposition it. The only thing holding it up is rectangular shaped feet on the bottom and they are a pain when you hit it with your toes. It works if you need to divide a room, but its not pretty and there are far better options. It's cheaply made and has a habit of falling down if you are trying to use it in a straight or slightly angled line.
