Wolfberger is een unieke producent van Elzasser wijnen. Het werd officieel al in 1902 opgericht, waarmee het al ruim een eeuw ervaring heeft in het produceren van geweldige wijnen. Wolfberger is vormgegeven als een coöperatie. Dit houdt in dat verschillende lokale wijnboeren de handen ineen slaan om succesvolle wijnen te maken. Inmiddels staat de teller op maar liefst 800 lokale wijnboeren. Hiermee heeft Wolfberger niet alleen een hoop kennis in huis, maar ook de hoeveelheid trossen druiven is hoog. De Pinot Gris is een van de wapenfeiten van de Elzas. Haar zuivere en weelderige smaak kent vele fans over de hele wereld. Deze Hengst Grand Cru Pinot Gris is een wijn uit de buitencategorie. De druiven komen namelijk allemaal van de kleine wijngaard De Hengst, gelegen op de zuidelijke hellingen. Hier gedijt de Pinot Gris optimaal en is deze witte wijn van Wolfberger net dat beetje extra, wat het verschil maakt tussen een goede wijn en een perfecte wijn. Zet je schrap voor veel geel fruit en zwoele toetsen van honing en kruiden. Zacht en zuiver maar met een juiste bite. Evenwichtig zoals wij van wijnhuis Wolfberger bekend zijn.Shipping Notes

Buy this instead of the ‘brand name’ one

Buy it, it’s super cheap, better than the one I paid 2x the price for and soft as it can get, and it really is a ‘Winter comforter’.
This review is going to sound like I got paid off for it but I actually didn’t. I bought another comforter prior to this one, paid close to double of this one and that the ‘on sale’ price, and it is trash compared to this Amazon basics one. Both claim to be thick warm comforters but I can literally stack two of the other brand and maybe they’d be almost as thick as the Amazon one. I only bought this one because the other ‘winter’ one I bought was so thin and flimsy I figured adding another ‘cheapie’ one might make me not freeze to death. As soon as I arrived I noticed that this Amazon one was WAY thicker, nicer looking, softer and warmer than the old one. Just to try it out I stacked both of them together to see if I wouldn't freeze to death like I was doing with the old ‘expensive’ one: five minutes in and I was sweating. That’s all it took, I immediately removed the duvet cover from the old one, switched it to the Amazon one and threw the old one somewhere where I couldn’t see the money I had wasted, and yes the Amazon was warmer and softer even WITHOUT the duvet cover. I’m probably going to get the light version for when fall hits and I don’t quite need the heavy one yet. Buy it you won’t regret it and hey it’s Amazon brand so if you don’t like it they’ll take care of you, but I HIGHLY doubt you won’t love this thing.

This is the fluffiest, biggest, comfy plushy comforter! For the best price! If you dont want bulk, this may not be for you. It did not move in my washing machine, ill have to get it dry cleaned lol But it washed well, no breakdown of seams or materials. It is a warmer blanket, be warned if you are a hot sleeper. im always cold and i feel like im in a warm cloud each night :)
