De FiiO QX13 met de XENNS Mangird Tea Pro is zo’n combinatie die meteen logisch voelt zodra je weet waar beide producten goed in zijn. De Tea Pro is een van de meest besproken IEM’s in zijn klasse, en dat is niet voor niets. Hij is energiek, veelzijdig, technisch sterk en muzikaal genoeg om niet klinisch te worden. Wie actief online zoekt naar een goede IEM onder de 400 euro, komt vroeg of laat bij de Mangird Tea Pro uit. Waarom? Omdat hij ontzettend veel goed doet. FiiO QX13: de krachtigste dongle in de FiiO line-up

De FiiO QX13 is geen standaard USB-dongle die je gebruikt omdat je telefoon geen hoofdtelefoonaansluiting meer heeft. Dit is een serieus draagbare DAC/amp met desktop-achtige ambities. De ESS Sabre Pro DAC, het grote kleurenscherm, de 10-band parametrische EQ, digitale filters en Desktop Mode maken hem veel flexibeler dan de meeste compacte oplossingen.

Onderweg gebruik je hem gewoon als krachtige USB-C DAC/amp tussen je telefoon en de Tea Pro. Thuis sluit je hem aan op een laptop, tablet of desktop en schakel je eventueel Desktop Mode in. Dan krijgt de QX13 extra voeding en komt hij veel dichter in de buurt van een echte desktopversterker. Met tot 900mW per kanaal via 4.4 mm gebalanceerd heb je meer dan genoeg vermogen voor de Tea Pro en zelfs voor veel grotere hoofdtelefoons.

Het design helpt ook mee. De carbonfiber uitvoering voelt high-end en modern, terwijl Titanium Gold juist die opvallende premium uitstraling heeft. Dit is een dongle die je niet verstopt, maar gewoon naast je laptop laat liggen.

XENNS Mangird Tea Pro: energiek, muzikaal en technisch sterk

De Mangird Tea Pro is de volwassen versie van een inmiddels behoorlijk iconische IEM-lijn. Met zijn 2DD + 6BA hybride opbouw en 4-weg crossover combineert hij diepe sub-bas, natuurlijke mids en luchtige highs op een manier die opvallend coherent klinkt. Hij heeft power en energie, maar blijft verfijnd genoeg om niet vermoeiend te worden.

De dual dynamic drivers zorgen voor die snelle, textuurrijke bas waar de Tea Pro zo geliefd om is. Sub-bas heeft impact, mid-bas blijft strak en het middengebied loopt niet dicht. Vocalen staan helder en goed verstaanbaar in de mix, met genoeg bite om levendig te klinken zonder dat het agressief wordt. De treble geeft lucht en detail, maar blijft beheerst genoeg voor lange sessies.

Juist daardoor is de Tea Pro zo veelzijdig. Elektronische muziek, hiphop, pop, rock, akoestisch, soundtracks, games: hij raakt op veel vlakken precies goed.

Onderweg: energie, punch en gemak

Voor onderweg is deze bundel heerlijk. De Tea Pro heeft genoeg isolatie en energie om muziek ook in de trein, op kantoor of onderweg levendig te houden. De QX13 geeft daarbij net dat stukje extra controle en kracht waardoor het geheel niet inzakt zodra je vanaf een telefoon luistert.

Met een aparte PEQ voor buitengebruik kun je de sub-bas iets extra body geven of het hoog net wat zachter zetten als je lang luistert. Zo pas je de set aan op je omgeving in plaats van andersom.


Thuis: gaming, studio en Desktop Mode

Thuis wordt deze bundel pas echt interessant. Sluit de QX13 aan op je computer, zet Desktop Mode aan en de Tea Pro krijgt ineens een veel serieuzere basis. Voor gaming profiteer je van de sterke imaging en separatie van de Tea Pro. Voetstappen, richting, afstand en laagjes in de mix komen duidelijk naar voren zonder dat het geluid onnatuurlijk breed wordt.

Voor studio-achtig werk, editing of kritisch luisteren kun je juist een neutraler EQ-profiel maken. De Tea Pro is van zichzelf muzikaal en energiek, maar met de QX13 kun je hem net wat meer richting controle en balans trekken. Dat maakt deze bundel veel flexibeler dan een vaste IEM + simpele dongle combinatie.

I don’t review things unless they REALLY “wow” me, rare, lol. My eyes had been watering for about a month from allergies, then last week my eyeballs were literally hurting so badly, which that had never happened to me before. So I got eye drops made with ketotifen (from the Walmart App) and it got rid of the pain in my eyeballs and stopped symptoms immediately, thank goodness. Aquaphore, Goldbond, Pili Ani, and a lot of other brand name high quality face washes, moisturizers, masks, creams, oils and nothing was helping and some seemed to make it even worse. I saw this product and after reading the reviews, decided to give this one last shot before going to a Dermatologist. The moment I applied it, I felt INSTANT relief and soothing. I also was surprised to literally feel it tighten the skin! This morning I woke up to use it, day 3, and before I did I noticed my skin was so much better!!!…No longer painful, discolored or swollen & puffy, the skin was still silky soft from applying it last night, and my orbital skin is 97% better!!! The pink/red/purple has gone away, it’s no longer tender/burns to the touch, and you can literally feel it nourishing and tightening your skin. After begging, my husband let me try it on his skin (lol) just to make sure I wasn’t going koo koo. He noticed too! And commented about how soft it is! Yes~Exactly! It makes your skin like SILK! It is a tad oily when you first put it on, but it “settles” quickly into a gentle softness and doubles as a primer before you apply your makeup! It smooths out your pores and makes your skin so smooth. Just this morning was the first time I applied makeup with it and was pleasantly surprised. I have tested it putting it on the top of one hand and nothing on the other, timed an hour and WOWWWWW the difference in undeniable! I personally recommend using it after washing your face before you put anything else on (moisturizer, makeup, etc). As long as you give it 10-15 minutes to let it absorb and settle, you’re good to go with or without makeup! I’m just really glad I found this because that skin is so sensitive and NEEDS this type of care. This product gets a solid 5 stars from me and I’m excited to make it part of my morning and evening routines! : )

Update: I’ve now used 2 sticks. I won’t be buying again. Although I like how convenient this moisturizer is, the price is too high for the amount you get.
