De ritssluiting zorgt voor een gemakkelijke en snelle sluiting van het jack. Dankzij de afneembare mouwen kan het jack eenvoudig worden aangepast aan verschillende weersomstandigheden.
Het Sparrow pilotjack biedt ruime opbergmogelijkheden met twee opgezette borstzakken voorzien van ritssluiting, twee ingezette zakken, een speciale telefoonzak, een mouwzak, een pennenzak en een lus voor een badge. De rond ingezette mouwen zijn voorzien van gebreide windvangers voor extra comfort en bescherming tegen tocht. De elastiek in de zoom zorgt voor een goede pasvorm.
Voor extra warmte en comfort is het jack uitgerust met een vaste polyamide voering in het lijf en gewatteerde voering in de mouwen. Daarnaast beschikt het over een binnenzak en een uitneembare bontvoering met nog een extra binnenzak. De ruglengte van het jack is 75 cm bij maat L. Het Sioen 029A Sparrow pilotjack is verkrijgbaar in fluo geel, wat zorgt voor een goede zichtbaarheid.
