Met een kernafmeting van 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (inhoud: 13,6 liter) biedt deze performance intercooler een enorme 65% grotere doorstroom en maar liefst 87% meer inlaatluchtvolume dan de originele intercooler. De hoogwaardige Competition-kern met interne turbulators garandeert optimale prestaties en uitstekende koeling. Ondanks zijn grootte is deze intercooler met slechts 7,4 kg verrassend licht.

De eindkasten van gietaluminium zijn geoptimaliseerd met geavanceerde CFD-luchtstroomanalyse om de luchtstroom te maximaliseren. Het EVO2 intercooler-kit is speciaal ontworpen voor de hoge eisen van uitgebreide tuning op de BMW 335d. De oorspronkelijke klikverbindingen zijn vervangen en de inlaat- en uitlaatdiameters zijn vergroot naar Ø70 mm, wat wordt ondersteund door versterkte siliconen slangen. Dit resulteert in uitmuntende koeleigenschappen met minimale tegendruk. Bovendien is de intercooler voorzien van een hoogwaardige corrosiebescherming voor een langdurig optimale koeling en duidelijke prestatieverhoging.
