Ingredienten
Magnesium tricitraat, Calcium difosfaat, Kalium chloride, citroenzuur (zuurteregelaar), appelzuur (zuurteregelaar), Keltisch zeezout, natuurlijk aroma, druivenschilextract (natuurlijke kleurstof), steviol glycosiden van stevia (zoetstof), Zink bisglycinaat.
Gebruik
Los 1/2 theelepel (5 g) op in 250 ml koud water, sap of shake, bij intensief sporten kan de dosering worden opgehoogd naar 1 theelepel (10 g) in 500 ml.Magnesium kan een laxerend effect hebben. De dosering kan in dat geval gehalveerd worden.
