Ze willen in deze wijn al hun vakmanschap, ervaring en knowhow inzetten om een Topwijn te maken die waardig het DOCG predikaat kan dragen. En met een beperkte oplage.
De Bardolino Classico Superiore "Le Olle" is beschermd onder de DOCG, het hoogste niveau van eisen en kwaliteit in het Bardolino gebied. Omdat een gewone Bardolino Classico bekend staat als een lichte plezierige wijn, kiest Lenotti bij de productie van "Le Olle" voor een andere aanpak. Ze willen in deze wijn al hun vakmanschap, ervaring en knowhow inzetten om een Topwijn te maken die waardig het DOCG predikaat kan dragen. En met een beperkte oplage. De druiven die voor deze wijn gebruikt worden zijn corvina, rondinella en cabernet sauvignon. Ze groeien in de "La Pra" wijngaard gelegen op de heuvels aan de oostelijke oever van het Gardameer. De bodem bestaat uit klei en kalk. Eind september vindt de oogst plaatst en dan wordt 70% geperst en gevinifieerd. De overige 30% van de druiven worden 40-50 dagen gedroogd (zoals bij Amarone wijnen) en daarna gevinifieerd. De rijping vindt deels op grote houten vaten en deel op roestvrijstaal plaats, gevolgd door flesrijping. Deze robijnrode wijn heeft tonen van rijp fruit, elegantie en finesse. De smaak is vol, rijk en intens. Deze wijn dankt zijn naam aan een stuk geschiedenis in wijngaard. Tijdens het werk in de wijngaard werden oude wijnkaraffen gevonden. De Italiaanse benaming voor een wijnkaraf is "Le Olle". De karaffen zijn momenteel te bewonderen in een museum in Venetië.Bardolino Classico Superiore "Le Olle" valt onder de hoogste kwaliteitseisen van de DOCG. Bij de wijnbereiding wordt een deel van de druiven gedroogd, waardoor meer concentraat bereikt wordt. Lenotti toont hiermee een staaltje van hoge wijnmakerskunst. Essential Forensics Book
Format: Paperback
I am impressed with the broad range of topics that this book covers. I came out of a Cybersecurity program with a Digital Forensics specialization, so I did have networking knowledge. I looked for resources after graduation to help fill the gaps (courses, books, and tool manuals) in my understanding of the space where networking and forensics meet and found the coverage to be lacking. This book would have helped to tie the two together for me in an easy to read presentation. I am glad that I have read it now though and will keep it as a resource. I bought two more copies to give to current Digital Forensics students that I am mentoring:) Well done on this one!

This book is the real deal
Format: Paperback
This book is the real deal. I found it to be eye-opening, because, despite sounding very advanced and almost next-level, the attacks accompanied by source code show how simple and effective they are in reality.
This book seemed light at first (200 pages), so I was skeptical at it's ability to really tackle advanced topics, but I will say I was very pleasantly surprised. Those two hundred pages are action packed and filled with jaw-dropping 'this is cool' moments.
My only gripe with it is that it's a little formulaic, with the social engineering being shoehorned into every attack, and maybe pushing the whole APT thing too much, like when you really want something to become 'a thing'. Do we really need to socially engineer payloads using the same formula for all of the attacks? Not even one 'ha Ked the router with boring Cisco exploits' example? I guess it wouldn't make for an entertaining book.

Best pentest book read to date
Format: Paperback
This is the best penetration testing book that I have ever read to date. There is such a depth of understanding of penetration testing that is conveyed in this book in the way that the author is able to portray highly advanced topics in a conceptually understandable way. A novice might not be able to follow the text, as it is advanced, but for anyone looking to open their mindset up to becoming a more effective penetration tester, I HIGHLY advise this book.

Worth every penny
Format: Paperback
This book is in a class of its own compared to other security and pentesting books. I would highly recommend to anyone interested or currently working in network security. Instead of simply explaining how to use common pentesting tools, Wil Allsopp explains how they work and how to write your own custom tools from the ground up. Even if you do not have a programming background, it is worth understanding how an attacker can infiltrate a "secure" network without being detected.
