This is a very very soft queen blanket, just what I wanted. The dark purple color is what I wanted as well. As I put it on the bed the 1st time I noticed a lot of "fluff" in the air & on the sheets. Much softer, much fluffier - you could really notice the bubbles - and there wasn't much lint in the lint catcher, but it was enough to stop it from shedding little fluffy bits! I have this blanket on my bed now. It's warm, lightweight, and the bubbles and color make me smile when I look at it. Very happy with purchase!
