Het kussen is niet 100% waterdicht, maar is wel voorzien van een waterafstotende coating. Dit is vooral erg praktisch als er bijvoorbeeld op het kussen wordt gemorst met drinken. Je veegt het vocht er namelijk gemakkelijk weer af. Na gebruik kan het kussen opgeborgen worden in de schuur of een mooie kussenbox.
