Al palato è ricco, corposo, vellutato, perfettamente in equilibrio fra alcolicità e freschezza. Chiude con un finale decisamente persistente.Profumato, caldo e armonico: ecco come lazienda Fattoria dei Barbi ha voluto intendere questo Vin Santo, ideale per concludere con raffinatezza pranzi e cene. Frutto di un assemblaggio di diverse uve, è una chicca davvero artigianale, prodotta solamente in pochissime centinaia di bottiglie, destinate a pochi fortunati. Unetichetta che, fra i tanti pregi, ha anche quello di essere caratterizzata da una grande capacità di invecchiamento, in grado di regalare emozioni anche fra parecchi anni.
Ottimo alla fine dei pasti, in accompagnamento a dessert di vario genere e a pasticceria secca. Perfetto con il panforte, si può sorseggiare anche come vino da meditazione.

Light but average

Three stars. These are very lightweight and seem fine for the price, but the leather felt a bit too thin for what I was looking for. I didn’t even end up trying them on because they just didn’t feel like they would hold up long term.
They’re not bad if you need something inexpensive for occasional wear, but I wanted something that would last. It felt like they might scratch easily, so I decided to return these and go with a more expensive option instead.
