De Modalo Lucia Horlogedoos voor 10 horloges

De Modalo Lucia horlogedoos houdt tien horloges achter een groot glazen venster, zodat uw volledige collectie in een oogopslag zichtbaar blijft. De massief houten behuizing wordt in tien lagen hoogglans gelakt en is leverbaar in een diep zwart of een modern Carbon, een afwerking die de Duitse precisie van Modalo meteen verraadt.

Tien plekken is de maat voor de gevorderde verzamelaar die zijn collectie compleet en veilig bij elkaar wil houden. Een Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, een Patek Philippe Calatrava en een Omega Seamaster liggen hier naast elkaar, elk op een eigen kussen en altijd present. Voor wie zijn verzameling als geheel wil zien staan, is deze luxe horlogebox een ingetogen vitrine voor thuis. Het hoogglans gelakte hout geeft de doos een gewicht en uitstraling die de waarde van wat erin ligt recht doet. Of u nu kiest voor diep zwart of modern Carbon, de doos staat ingetogen op een dressoir of in een boekenkast.

Vakmanschap en bescherming

De massief houten behuizing met zacht velours interieur beschermt elk horloge tegen stof en krassen. Het grote venster is van beschermend glas en de tien horlogekussens houden uw horloges stevig en krasvrij op hun plek. De tienvoudige hoogglanslak geeft een diepe, egale afwerking die jaren mooi blijft. Modalo is een Duits merk, in 2025 onderscheiden met de German Design Award. Thé shelves are good quality and easy to hang. Thé instructions do leave a bit to be desired as they misidentify which anchor to use for dry wall. I followed instructions for the first shelf and it was not very stable. I switched to the other anchors and it was great. All hardware in included. These require minimum size holes in your wall, but it is a floating shelf so be prepared to patch when you take them down.  It’s a set of 4 so a good value!

Good looking shelves and easy install - skip the included drywall anchors

I installed these shelves in a bedroom to get things off my dresser and some decor. Once mounted they look really nice. The black finish looks clean and modern and they blend in well with the room. Installation was pretty straightforward. The metal bracket mounts to the wall first and then the shelf slides over the bracket. As long as you take your time lining things up it’s a simple project. One thing I strongly recommend is not using the white plastic self-drilling drywall anchors that come with the kit. I’ve used that style before on other projects and they tend to strip out easily and leave larger holes in drywall. I used better anchors instead and the shelves mounted much more securely. The rest of the hardware worked fine and once installed the shelves feel solid and hold items well. Pros - Clean modern look - Easy installation - Feels solid once mounted - Good size for books or decor Cons - The small level included isn’t very accurate — use your own level - One of the metal brackets was slightly bent out of the box but straightened out easily Helpful tip: Use your own level and better drywall anchors if you have them. It makes installation easier and the shelves will mount much more securely. Final thoughts: For the price these are nice looking floating shelves that install easily and work well for light storage and decor.
