PanAltino is een uniek handgemaakt Italiaans desembrood van hoge hydratatie dat lang is gerezen en gerijpt. De smaak en consistentie is van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit.  Het is licht verteerbaar en luchtig van structuur, knapperig van buiten en zacht van binnen. 

Dankzij de unieke receptuur blijft PanAltino uren na het afbakken vers, knapperig en smakelijk, zodat je eenvoudig kunt voorbereiden zonder concessies te doen aan de kwaliteit of smaak.

Gemaakt met o.a. hoogwaardige tarwebloem, volkoren tarwe Italiaans zuurdesem, extra vergine olijfolie en een rijke mix van zaden en granen zoals rogge, haver, gerst, sesam en zonnebloempitten. Een ambachtelijk Italiaans brood met een volle, rustieke smaak en prettige knapperige bite.

Bevroren bewaren bij -18 graden of kouder
Na openen zak goed afsluiten en verder in diepvries bewaren

Afbakken:
Steenoven: In bevroren toestand  ca. 5 a 6  minuten afbakken op een goed voorverwarmde steen bij  ca. 250 graden.  
Hetelucht-/Combisteamer: direct op een rooster leggen en in ca. 4 tot 6 minuten afbakken op 250 graden,  0% stoom en medium ventilatie. Lagere baktemperatuur goed mogelijk (langere baktijd)

Afbaktijd in ontdooide toestand ca. 2 minuten korter

This is a pretty darn good frother/whisk, which we use primarily for mixing Crystal Light and LMNT drinks. It holds a charge for a long time and it is easy to recharge with the USB-C port and cable. My only complaint is that you must hold the power button continuously while operating it which is challenging to do using tall cups. It would be much better if is was a two stage on-off switch and had a longer wand, which isn't as long as it could be. But the unit is lightweight, easy to use and very versatile.
