De BBQ workshop met de lekkerste BBQ recepten van Francis Mallmann, dé Argentijnse BBQ-chef. Bij deze workshop komen de lekkerste gerechten uit Patagonië voorbij. Bereid op verschillende soorten BBQ's zoals de Asado, kamado, smoker, plancha en open vuur.

Hoe vet is dit! Stoken op verschillende soorten hout en houtskool met mooie ingrediënten om de meest waanzinnige smaakcombinaties te creëren. Lekker drankje erbij, goed gezelschap, beter gaat het niet worden.

Om 12:30 staat de koffie klaar. Maar om 13:00 uur gaan we echt aan de slag met elkaar om alles te bereiden met elkaar. Een gedeelte komt voorbij als snack en een gedeelte als het diner.

Je proeft dus alles en je hebt natuurlijk zelf ook een groot aantal gerechten voor de boeg om te maken.
