Overal uw zuurstofgehalte en hartslag checken

Wilt u uw zuurstofgehalte en hartslag meten na het joggen, na een work-out of na andere sportieve activiteiten? Met dit apparaat volgt u niet alleen uw zuurstofsaturatie, maar ook uw hartslag en perfusie-index. De perfusie-index geeft de kracht van uw hartslag aan. Tijdens het sporten hangt u de saturatiemeter om uw nek met het meegeleverde nekkoord. U kunt hem niet gebruiken tijdens het lopen of rennen. Als u gaat meten haalt u de iHealth Air er gemakkelijk af met het afneembare clipje. Stop uw vinger in de saturatiemeter, druk op de startknop en lees de gegevens direct af op uw smartphone of tablet! Voor een optimale meting is het van belang om uw wijs- of middelvinger met de uw nagel naar beneden in de iHealth Air te leggen.

Wilt u uw zuurstofgehalte, hartslag en kracht van uw hartslag live volgen? Dat kan met de gratis app voor Apple en Android! Installeer de app op uw smartphone of tablet en koppel de Air via bluetooth. Lees daarna uw gegevens af aan de hand van de duidelijke grafieken en diagrammen. Door uw gegevens op te slaan kunt u trends in de tijd zien. Zo heeft u altijd één overzicht bij de hand! Wilt u uw gegevens versturen, bijvoorbeeld naar uw arts of zorgverlener? I have had South African Billtong before and I loved it, so I thought I would try SA Droewars and see if they were as satisfying. The answer is yes! They are delicious and nothing like your typical mass marketed jerky snacks sold in the US. Droewars are lightly seasoned beef jerky sticks and, although I have not seen the numbers, they seem to be only lightly salted (important for me). The meat is not chewy or grisly, so the beef cuts they use must be prime. This is the first time I have tried the Ayoba-Yo brand and I am happy with my purchase. I am awaiting delivery of several varieties of Billtong from Ayoba-Yo presently and I will report back. Not inexpensive, but the value is there for sure. Jimmy
