Het wijnhuis Toro Albala is gevestigd in Montilla Moriles regio. De eerste bodega in deze streek die zoete dessertwijnen verkocht. En zijn dan ook expert op het gebied van de Pedro Ximenex druif. In 1922 werd het wijnhuis opgericht door Jose Maria Toro Albala. Ongeveer 30 procent van de druiven zijn afkomstig van eigen wijngaarden. De overige 70 procent van partnertelers. In de ondergrondse tunnels is de wijnkelder te vinden met ongeveer 6000 vaten. Niets wordt aan het toeval overgelaten en het gehele wijnbereidingsproces wordt nauwlettend in de gaten gehouden. De druiven worden zorgvuldig geoogst bij optimale rijpheid. In de oude wijnkelder volgt een strenge selectie waarbij alleen het beste van het beste goed genoeg is. Vervolgens volgt er een temperatuur gecontroleerde fermentatie. Na de nodige rust van een aantal maanden is het tijd om te genieten van deze Toro Albala ElectricoGeniet van de gebalanceerde Electrico
Met een strogele kleur verschijnt de Electrico in het glas. Met groene reflecties sprankelt deze wijn met zachte aroma’s. In de neus de geur van amandel met geroosterde tonen. De smaak is droog met een gebalanceerd zuurgraad die alles in evenwicht brengt. De afdronk is lang, licht bitter en aangenaam waarbij de warme aroma’s terugkomen. I Smell Like a Gentleman Who Owns a Fireplace

The lather is genuinely rich; squeeze a modest amount and it blooms into a thick, creamy foam that covers everything efficiently. The texture is silky rather than watery, which matters more than people admit. Watery body washes feel like rinsing off with slightly scented regret. This one feels intentional.
