  • Grand Ormeau: 

    Handmatige bewerking van de bodem, ‘Vendanges Vertes’ (groene oogst), maximale rijping van druiven. Handmatige selectie van oogst met een koude schilweking voorafgaand aan de vergisting van 5 uur om voldoende kleur en aromastoffen te onttrekken. De most vergist op hoge temperaturen, zo ook de tweede gisting. De alcoholische gisting verloopt langzaam over een periode van 18-30 dagen. Na de vergisting rijpt de wijn op één en twee jaar oude Franse eikenhouten vaten tot aan het moment van botteling.

  • Rode wijn - Krachtig, complex en vol.

    Donkere paarsrode kleur. Elegante aanzet met een accent op bosbessen, bramen. Veel diepgang in de smaak met complexe tanninestructuur. Veelbelovend voor de toekomst, maar nu ook al heerlijk om van te genieten bij passende gerechten.
