De Cellacare Genu Comfort is een actieve kniebandage die ondersteuning en compressie biedt aan het kniegewricht. Deze knieondersteuning is driedimensionaal anatomisch gevormd en beschikt over een gepatenteerde softcomfortzone in de knieholte voor optimaal draagcomfort. De bandage zorgt voor druk, heeft een intermitterend massageeffect tijdens beweging en kan de proprioceptie verbeteren. Verkrijgbaar in maat 4 voor een knieomvang van 35-39 cm.

Indicaties: waarvoor gebruik ik dit product?

Deze kniebandage is geschikt voor de functionele behandeling van verschillende knieklachten. De Cellacare Genu Comfort wordt gebruikt bij beginnende gonartrose of artritis, met of zonder gewrichtsoedeem. De bandage biedt ondersteuning bij lichte mediale of laterale bandinstabiliteit. Ook bij patellofemoraal pijnsyndroom kan deze kniesteun worden ingezet, in combinatie met functionele therapie. De bandage helpt bij lichte mediale of laterale meniscuspathologie, zowel acuut-traumatisch als degeneratief. Daarnaast is het product geschikt voor postoperatieve behandeling na meniscusoperaties. De knieondersteuning wordt eveneens gebruikt bij functiestoornissen na een letsel of operatie. Ook bij klachten door verkeerde of overbelasting van het kniegewricht, het kapsel, de pezen, spieren of banden biedt deze bandage verlichting.

Gebruiksaanwijzing

Meet de knieomvang op 2 cm boven het midden van de knieschijf. Maat 4 is geschikt voor een omvang van 35-39 cm. Trek de kniebandage voorzichtig over het been, waarbij de opening voor de knieschijf correct gepositioneerd moet zijn. Zorg dat de softcomfortzone zich in de knieholte bevindt. De bandage moet strak maar comfortabel zitten zonder af te snoeren. Draag de Cellacare Genu Comfort tijdens activiteiten of volgens advies van uw zorgverlener.

Contra-indicaties: wanneer gebruik ik dit product niet?

  • Bij ernstige doorbloedingsstoornissen in de benen.
  • Bij bekende overgevoeligheid voor één van de materialen.
  • Bij acute ontstekingen van de huid in het te behandelen gebied.

Mogelijke bijwerkingen

Bij langdurig dragen kan huidirritatie optreden. Soms ontstaat een gevoel van overmatige druk. In zeldzame gevallen kunnen allergische reacties op de materialen voorkomen.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen

Controleer regelmatig of de bandage correct zit en niet te strak aanvoelt. Bij toenemende pijn, zwelling, verkleuring of gevoelsverlies moet u de bandage verwijderen en contact opnemen met uw arts. Was de kniebandage regelmatig volgens de instructies om de elasticiteit te behouden. Gebruik de Cellacare Genu Comfort niet op een beschadigde huid. Lucky Beneventi and Lexie Sinclair been friends from childhood. It felt good to see them both open up and ease back into their old familiar friendship. But was it truly just the friendship in which they were interested? There were many other things I loved too!! The group text messages and camaraderie that were always going back and forth… This is one of the things that Bella does so well in her books. Family/friendships and extended family. Plus, all that love that you feel from them.

I love a down bad MMC and Lucky Beneventi was it and more!!!! I loved the love he had for Lexi and how willing he was to fight for them and give their relationship a try. But I could also understand why Lexi didn’t want to risk it. She knew that her cystic fibrosis diagnosis gave her no guarantee of how many years she'd live and she didn’t want to hurt Lucky. But seeing Lucky not giving up and showing her how important and worthy their love was, no matter the time left? It was beautiful!!!!! And that ending and bonus epilogue? My heart!!!!!! I loved it so much!! I do wish we could’ve had more time with them dating and being happy because I did feel we spent more time with them fighting their attraction and then Lexi fighting what they felt for each other. Also, there were A LOT of characters so it got a bit confusing trying to understand who was related to whom (so I guess at some point I will eventually go back and read the other series). However, keeping my focus on Lucky and Lexi helped me enjoy the story more. Sweet Temptation is a fantastic beginning to the Love and Legacy series. It was definitely more heart wrenching than I was expecting but I adored the love story, the main characters' connection and how they got their HEA. However, this book didnt seem long enough to convey the enormity of cystic fibrosis. The pacing bounced around and I just didnt have the opportunity to really connect with the characters. I have read EVERY book by this author and LOVE how all of her books are interconnected. The family tree at the beginning is helpful to keep track of who is related to who.
