Bij onze standaard airconditioning installatie voor de prijs van € 950,00, inclusief btw en montagemateriaal, bieden we de volgende inbegrepen services:
- Plaatsing van de binnenunit, met een leidinglengte tot maximaal 4 meter, en plaatsing van de buitenunit.
- Installatiemateriaal.
- Het ophangen van de binnenunit en het plaatsen van de buitenunit, inclusief trillingsdempend bevestigingsmateriaal, opstellingsbalken of wandbeugels.
- Cu-buizen met isolatie en elektrische bekabeling tussen de units, en een kabelgoot, tot een afstand van 4 meter.
- Elektrische aansluiting naar een wandcontactdoos of koppeldoos (niet ingewerkt), tot maximaal 1,5 meter rechts of links van de buitenunit. Zorg ervoor dat er al een zekering aanwezig is (minimaal 16 A voor airco's tot 5,0 kW, daarboven 20 A).
- Condensafvoer van binnen naar buiten, met een maximale lengte van 4 meter en natuurlijk afschot.
- Vervangen van standaard flairkoppelingen door Danfoss stek koppelingen aan de buitenunit.
- Afpersen van leidingen en de units, vacuümeren en controleren van de werking van de airco.
- Alle benodigde boorwerkzaamheden voor de leidingen, inclusief afdichting.
- Korte gebruiksinstructie bij oplevering van de installatie.
- Opruimen van werkmaterialen.
- 5 jaar garantie op onderdelen en plaatsing, mits jaarlijks gedegen en aantoonbaar onderhoud.
Wat NIET is inbegrepen bij de standaard montage, maar tegen meerprijs mogelijk is:
- Extra koelleiding, indien er meer dan 4 meter tussen de buiten- en binnenunit nodig is.
- Trillingsdemper met veer.
- Boren van gaten in massief beton, stalen muren of daken.
- Leveren en monteren van een condenswaterpomp indien condenswater naar boven afgevoerd dient te worden.
- Zekering van 20 A ten behoeve van airconditioning boven 5,0 kW
- Huur van een steiger of hoogwerker indien dit noodzakelijk is voor de plaatsing en montage van de buitenunit.
- Voor werken op een hoogte vanaf 3 meter rekenen wij een meerprijs.
- Schilderwerk wordt niet door ons uitgevoerd, ook niet tegen meerprijs.
- Het aanbrengen van een ontbrekend geaard wandcontactdoos
- Het verwijderen van een oude unit of verwarming.
