Diverse prototypes en luistersessies hebben geleid naar een ontwerp waarin de fameuze Raytheon 5703 vacuümbuisjes in een Class A-setup zijn in de analoge uitgangstrap, net na de D/A-converter en voor de analoge uitgang. De buizen zijn gemonteerd in isolerende houders om microfonische effecten te onderdrukken en voor een constante temperatuur te zorgen. De analoge uitgang kan met een RCA/Cinch-kabel verbonden worden met een analoge ingang (Line In of AUX) op een versterker of receiver. Als D/A converter is de Burr Brown PCM1796 ingezet, die uit de voeten kan met hoge resolutie bestanden tot 24bit/192kHz, ver boven de resolutie van CD’s. Alle relevante audioformaten kunnen worden afgespeeld.

Maak van elk audiosysteem een muziekstreamer

Met de Advance Paris WTX-StreamTubes maak je van elk audioproduct (versterker, receiver, hifi-systeem, soundbar, actieve luidspreker, portable radio etc.) dat beschikt over een zogenaamde Aux of Line ingang een netwerkmuziekstreamer. Meldt de WTX-StreamTubes aan in het thuisnetwerk, draadloos of bedraad, en ontdek hoe Plug & Play deze is.

Speel muziek overal vandaan

Je kunt je eigen muziek afspelen van je NAS, PC of MAC en genieten van bekende streamingdiensten, zoals Spotify Connect (Premium), Tidal, Qobuz, Deezer, Amazon Music, etc.Napster, iHeartradio, etc. Daarnaast staan er 10.000-den internet-radiostations via de dienst TuneIn tot je beschikking. Maak je eigen afspeellijsten etc.

Eenvoudige bediening

De bediening gaat eenvoudig via de Advance Playstream app die geschikt is voor smartphones en tablets. De apps zijn gratis verkrijgbaar in de stores van Android en Apple. Tevens wordt een praktische IR-afstandsbediening bijgeleverd.

Software altijd up to date

De firmware van de WTX-StreamTubes blijft up to date. Updates, met bijvoorbeeld nieuwe diensten of functionaliteiten, worden bij beschikbaarheid automatisch gemeld en kunnen met één toetsdruk direct worden geïnstalleerd. Multiroom en Multisource

Geniet overal van muziek! Door in meerdere ruimtes Advance Playstream (bijv. de X-Stream 9, Playstream A5/7, MyConnect modellen en WTX-Microstream) of “Airplay” producten te gebruiken, kun je gelijktijdig, gesynchroniseerd, muziek afspelen in verschillende ruimtes (zgn. Partymode). Daarnaast kan iedereen in huis in deze ruimtes zelf zijn eigen muziek kiezen van een streamingdienst, Nas, computer of radio.

Connectiviteit

De WTX-StreamTubes kan via de analoge uitgang rechtstreeks op een apparaat via een Aux of Line ingang (cinch/RCA L/R) worden aangesloten. Daarnaast heb je de beschikking over twee digitale uitgangen om de WTX-StreamTubes aan te sluiten op een externe D/A converter of een versterker met een D/A converter aan boord, mocht je naar een nog hoger niveau qua geluidskwaliteit willen.
