450 ml Lauw (max 25°C) water
50 gram margarine of 2 eetlepels olie OF 20 gram broodverbeteraar
8 gram suiker
4 gram zout OF broodaroma
500 gram broodmix
4 gram gedroogd gist (voor in de broodmachine) OF
7-10 gram gedroogde gist (voor in de oven)

In bovenstaande volgorde in mengkom/bakblik doen.

Oven: Daarna max. 3 minuten mengen, 1 uur laten rijzen, daarna in een voorverwarmde oven van 225°C (gas) 180°C (hetelucht) voor 35 - 45 minuten bakken.
