Equilibrato.Il Colline Pescaresi Pecorino IGT "Don Carlino" dell'azienda vitivinicola De Fermo prende il nome dallo zio della madre di Stefano Papetti Ceroni che, sebbene si chiamasse Carlo, la famiglia chiamava affettuosamente Carlino: avvocato e politico di professione, aveva uno smodato trasporto per la viticoltura e il vino francese. Questo Pecorino, nato da uve coltivate secondo i dettami dell'agricoltura biodinamica, è ottenuto senza chiarifiche e filtrazioni ed è un vino energico, rinfrancante e appassionato.
Ottimo per accompagnare fritture di mare e verdure grigliate, si sposa bene anche con formaggi saportiti.
