Deze olijfolie wordt geperst van ecologisch geteelde Hojiblanca, Zorzaleña en Picual olijven, die met zorg geselecteerd worden. Het familiebedrijf Gil Luna is verantwoordelijk de persing van deze olijven, die verzameld worden door alle boeren in het dorp. In de molen van de familie Gil Luna wordt hier een overheerlijke olijfolie van gemaakt. Wij bieden deze Extra Vierge Olijfolie, met een prachtig aroma, milde smaak die aan het einde een licht bittere toets achterlaat die je doet denken aan vers geperst olijvensap.
