Deze Rioja komt uiteraard uit Spanje, om precies te zijn uit het noorden van Spanje. Het wijnhuis Egomei ligt in het hart van de Rioja streek. Als de Tempranillo druiven voor deze Carpess de perfecte rijpheid hebben worden ze vroeg in de ochtend geoogst. Tros voor tros wordt nagekeken en in kleine houten kratjes naar de moderne winery gebracht. Daar wachten ze een frisse douche, iets wat alleen Egomei doet met zijn druiven. Alle oneffenheden die zijn achter gebleven en insecten worden weggespoeld en de druiven zijn fris en klaar voor de persing. Een zachte persing ondergaat deze Carpess. Ook rijpt de wijn 12 maanden lang op vaten (barriques) van Frans en Amerikaans eiken zodat hij de titel Crianza mag dragen.

I have been a loyal customer of Coola’s tinted sunscreen for over five years, purchasing it more than ten times on Amazon.
