Wat is een kantelplaat en wat zijn de voordelen voor het gebruik van een kantelplaat:
Het principe van de kanteltechnologie, ofwel het oscilleren (oscilleren is het opwekken van periodieke trillingen) houdt in: het snel samentrekken van de spieren. Dit wordt dankzij de versnelde bewegingen van de pedalen/platformen van de kantelplaat geproduceerd. Deze technologie is een grote innovatie want de amplitude (uitslag) van de beweging bedraagt 10-15 mm. (bij 'gewone' trilplaten slechts 2-4 mm)

It does exactly what it's supposed to do
Made with grass-fed beef tallow-that's excellent. It is very gentle on the skin and leaves it super hydrated. It absorbs very quickly, leaves no greasy residue, and the hydration lasts all day. I use it on my face and, primarily, on my feet; over time, they tend to get very dry, and this tallow has helped me tremendously in keeping them soft and hydrated.
