Quim Batlle is sinds het begin al bezig met biologische landbouw. Respect voor het land en de natuur is een van zijn belangrijkste waarden. En die liefde voor de natuur vindt je ook zeker terug in zijn wijnen. Waar de andere wijnen prachtige monocepages zijn, vindt je hier het beste van alle drie terug. Een wijn die het beste van elke druivensoort en het terroir laat zien. 

De druivensoorten worden allen apart van elkaar vergist in RVS, nadat ze in twee oogsten (gebruikelijk twee weken uit elkaar) zijn geoogst. Nadat de alcoholische vergisting is afgerond, blijft de wijn nog 9 maanden in het RVS vat zitten. Vervolgens wordt er een lange flesrijping gedaan, uitzonderlijk voor deze regio. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de wijn perfect in balans komt en zodra je deze in je glas hebt perfect op dronk is. 

In het glas is het een intens goudgele wijn met rijke aroma's van abrikozen, ingelegd fruit, sandelhout en mediterrane kruiden. Een rijke wijn, met een medium+ body en perfect in balans. Complex dankzij de drie druiven die elkaar perfect aanvullen en een lange afdronk. Een gastronomische wijn met veel potentie!
